I was unfortunately in a bus crash travelling through Colombia which resulted me with a broken nose. A nose specialist came to see me the day after the crash to fix it, one week after this, it was still not straight. I was in Medellin, Colombia and decided I wanted nose surgery. I had heard there were so many amazing surgeons in Medellin and I wrote many emails to different surgeons and clinics from which i never heard back from any apart from Monica. From Monicas first email to me she was oh so helpful and super friendly. She straight away booked me in for a consultation with a Dr who was incredibly professional and spoke English. After the consult I decided to go through with the surgery. Monica did absolutely everything for me from organising all my appointments, payments, driving me to the clinic, organising my medications, she was just amazing as I hardly didn´t need to do a thing. After surgery Monica checked up on me every few days and offered if I needed anything she could help. Monica is a lovely person and also gave me advice on things to see, do and eat in Medellin. Honestly, I could not of gone through with the surgery if it wasn't for Monica.

This was not my first trip to Colombia but it was the first time I had a process like this so I used this company by reccommendation of a friend. Everything went great and perfect, I am really pleased with the results and I am actually thinking on going back to have another one. Thanks a lot for all the help!! It wouldn't be that easy if I wouldn´t have this support!

The idea of having cosmetic surgery alone can be daunting, having surgery in a foreign country where you don't know the language, people, medical care, environmental etc. is enough to put you off completely. I'm so grateful for the service provided by Esthetictrip, in fact I don't think I could have done it alone. At first I was a little cautious about having surgery overseas because of my poor Spanish and not knowing Colombia very well, but this soon changed after how professional and the smooth the process was with Esthetictrip. During the entire time Esthetictrip helped me with any questions or queries and literally organized EVERYTHING from different consultations to price enquiries. At the end of the day I am extremely happy with the surgery and I have not had any unexpected problems. I would definitely recommend this company to friends back home in Australia for both value and service. You can be quite confident in these people they know what they are doing.

Making the decision to have this surgery is difficult and exhausting enough. Add onto it, choosing to do in another country. Working with Monica was a key factor in this process. I felt safe in Colombia, a country notorious for high crime rates. I also felt safe with Monica. I trusted her and could confide in her and never felt judged while going through this emotional process to finally take the plunge and have surgery, something I have been pondering most of my life. I am grateful I found an amazing doctor. Everyone was professional and I don't think I would have been as happy with the process nor results had I done it in my country. I wish I had prepared a bit more pre/post surgery regarding shopping, etc. I am happy with the results of my nose overall, though am still reluctant to say as I want to be patient with the healing process. Bottom line: Would I recommend someone to you? Of course!
